Welcome, again it´s time for a practice or activities class. During this practice class you will practice some of the things you have learned during the units 7 and 8.
Practice is something very important. While you are practicing you are forced to use what you have learned and this helps you to memorize it. If you already know something, practice helps you to not forget it or to improve it.
If you practice a sport you know how important practice actually is. This is why we are going to listen to a short comment by Pete Carroll, he is the head coach of the Seattle Seahawks.
So not just in English but also in sports, practice is very important; this is why you should use every chance you get to practice. For you as an English student this means to listen and speak English whenever it´s possible.
Now it´s time to answer some questions and to get ready for the class.
